The underlying main principle of Hindu religion as symbolically exemplified by inverted Kalash of Hindu Mahasabha symbol and Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujayani which is wrongly spelt by the British as Ujjain with two JJs.The Jain factor can be traced to Girnar and same Affghanistan ,wherein women are killed by taking away their conjugal , legal and parental rights by Islam established in 622.
Quote wikipedia
"According to Jain religious beliefs, Neminath, the 22nd Tirthankar became an ascetic after he saw the slaughter of animals for food on his wedding. He renounced all worldly pleasures and came to Mount Girnar to attain salvation. His bride-to-be also followed his path and founded the 'Sandhvi Sangh', the organization of women ascetics.
The rectangular Neminath temple is the greatest temple here. It has an idol of Lord Neminath in black granite with jeweled eyes. It was constructed by Vastupal and Tejpal. Neminath in 1231 AD. The Lord is shown in blue color here.
The Rishabhadev Temple, situated nearby, is in golden color. It is dedicated to 24 Tirthankars of Jain religion. Besides this, there is a Goddess Ambe Temple at Grinar. The temple is visited by the newly married couples for good fortune and prosperous married life.
A mosque nearby is thronged by childless women for blessings."

The last line of the national song
Jaya he jaya he jaya he
Jaya jaya jaya jaya he!
"Meaning victory to motherland"
stems from this Ujayani ,wherein Jaya means Dhartih or motherland or Devi Sati /Parvati/Gauri.
The Shipra, also known as the Kshipra, is a river in Madhya Pradesh state of central India. The river rises in the Vindhya Range north of Dhar, and flows south across the Malwa Plateau to join the Chambal River. It is one of the sacred rivers in Hinduism. The holy city of Ujayani is situated on its right bank. Every 12 years, the Kumbh Mela festival takes place on the city's elaborate riverside ghats, as do yearly celebrations of the river goddess Kshipra. There are hundreds of Hindu shrines along the banks of the river Shipra.
With this reference, the word Shipra is used as a symbol of "purity" (of soul, emotions, body, etc.) or "chastity" or "clarity".
Coordinates: 23°55′N 87°28′E The banks of the Shipra river is one of the 4 places where the Khumba Mela is held.
I request the honorable court to reinstate Ujjain to its original glorious symbolism with name spelling changed to
"UJAYANI"
and thus help to remove the heinous symbolism associated with present name .Moreover so because,as it is the Jain community no longer considers itself Hindu-please refer :-

The battle honour of 'Afghanistan 1839' was awarded to all units of the presidency armies of the East India Company that had proceeded beyond the Bolan Pass, by Gazette of the Governor-General, dated 19 November 1839, the spelling changed from 'Afghanistan' to 'Affghanistan' by Gazette of India No. 1079 of 1916, and the date added in 1914.
In 2006 the Supreme Court in a judgment pertaining to a state, opined that "Jain Religion is indisputably not a part of the Hindu Religion". (para 25, Committee of Management Kanya Junior High School Bal Vidya Mandir, Etah, Uttar Pradesh v. Sachiv, U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad, U.P. and Ors., Per Dalveer Bhandari J., Civil Appeal No. 9595 of 2003, decided On: 21.08.2006, Supreme Court of India)
I appeal to the court to remove the objectionable "JJ" in Ujjain ,introduced by the British in the name of this holy place as per the heinous symbolism of "FF" of Afghanistan.
Ujayani, situated on the right bank of River Shipra, is among many other Indian sacred and holy cities. According to ancient Hindu scriptures, it was originally called Avantika. Later King Shiva of Avanti commemorating his triumph over the demon king of Tripuri, changed it to Ujayani (one who conquers with pride).

Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga is one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingams, which are supposed to be the most sacred abodes of Shiva. It is located in the ancient city of Ujjain in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The temple is situated on the side of the Rudra Sagar lake. The presiding deity, Shiva in the lingam form is believed to be Swayambhu, deriving currents of power (Shakti) from within itself as against the other images and lingams that are ritually established and invested with mantra-shakti.
